At TurnKey, our focus doesn’t stop once we have placed the cable or equipment into your facility. We have the staff and resources to Maintain, Monitor, Groom, Grow and otherwise support your entire network. Our engineers, installers, and technicians are experienced in the latest network technologies and topologies including optical networking (SONET and DWDM), various switching platforms, 5E, DMS, Metaswitch, etc…, data networks, IP, ATM, Ethernet, Frame Relay, etc…DSL, DLC, wireless, and all manner of network transmission products.

Maintain-- Day-To-Day support of the network infrastructure that your organization has in place and infrastructure that you may grow into. This could/would include the engineering resources to assist in the growth as well as document and upgrade any outdated software on equipment in your network.

Monitor—We can set up alarm monitoring and support on the equipment that you have in your network to include alarm monitoring and tier 1 support.

Groom/Rehome/Redeployment—We have the people and expertise to be able to work Grooming/Rehome/Redeployment projects between various pieces of equipment in the network. I.e., Circuit Switch to Circuit Switch, Circuit Switch to Packet (VoIP) Switch, IP to IP or MPLS, DCS-DCS, etc... This would include the full decommission and remove or redeployment of equipment as required or desired.

Growth—We have the knowledge and expertise to Install Network Equipment, Configure, (EF&I) Turn up, Test and Turn over whatever equipment you may have a need for in your network. This would include the ability for TurnKey to submit your Collocate applications on your behalf, do the CDOW working within the Central Office and complete the installation of the equipment in your specific area. TurnKey is a Tier 1 status vendor with AT&T.

Equipment/ Network Auditing—We have the staff and expertise to audit your network for equipment utilization, equipment identification, cost justification and network cost auditing. This can be used to identify underutilized equipment, equipment identification in a network, software revision reporting and needs, cost analysis of network cost savings, and reports on the analysis.

Network Routine Maintenance Service—We can identify what routine and preventive maintenance support is needed on your network equipment and provide that support on an as needed basis. This would include routine and preventive maintenance as well as equipment and network back ups as needed.

Project and Program Management—End to End or Start to Finish Project Management on any project that TurnKey is involved in.

Cisco certified staff— We have on staff Cisco certified, CCNP, CCNA and CCDA individuals with experience with Optical, Routing, and Switching services.
